Main Street Theater's next Theater for Youth production is Madeleine L'Engle's extraordinary A Wrinkle in Time (adapted for the stage by John Glore). A Wrinkle in Time performs now through February 16 at Main Street Theater - Chelsea Market, 4617 Montrose Boulevard in the Museum District. Watch a preview of the production below!

On a "dark and stormy night", Meg Murry and her little brother Charles Wallace set out on a voyage through space and time to rescue their father, encountering Mrs. Who, Mrs. Which and Mrs. Whatsit - three eccentric sisters - along the way. Madeleine L'Engle's classic fantasy adventure tells an inspiring tale of self discovery and great courage. Recommended for Third Grade and up.

All of MST's Theater for Youth productions are based on books, and we concur with L'Engle's assessment that "A book, too, can be a star, 'explosive material, capable of stirring up fresh life endlessly,' a living ?re to lighten the darkness, leading out into the expanding universe."

Ticket prices for public performances are $12 - $16. Tickets are on sale in person at the Main Street Theater Box Office at 2540 Times Blvd. in Rice Village, via phone at 713.524.6706 or online at mainstreettheater.com.
